Please review the following information pertaining to returning school-issued Chromebooks for the 2023-2024 school year.
All Graduating Students and Families

Graduating student Chromebooks and chargers must be returned in good working order with any stickers removed by May 15th.

Graduating students will be able to return Chromebooks and chargers to the Wooster High School Library May 14th or 15th.

Please make a copy of or transfer any needed documents located in Google Drive as you will no longer have access to these tools from the Wooster City School District upon graduation.

Chromebooks that are not returned by May 15th will be automatically charged a non-refundable fee of $275. Chargers that are not returned will be automatically charged a non-refundable fee of $20.
Students not attending WHS next year

If you are leaving Wooster City Schools please return your Chromebook and charger to the Wooster Board Administration Office or Wooster High School Main Office.

Students attending the Wayne County Schools Career Center:

If you are attending the WCSCC next year full time you will need to return your Wooster City Schools Chromebook.

If you are attending the WCSCC part time and Wooster High School part time you will keep your Chromebook over the summer until graduation or full time enrollment at the WCSCC.

Students attending WHS next year

Returning students (current 8th-11th grade) will keep their Chromebooks during the summer.

Please remind your students to shut down their Chromebook when not in use. This will protect the battery from needing to be reset in the fall.

If you would like to have your school-issued Chromebook and charger stored for you during the summer please fill out a Chromebook Help Desk Ticket located on the Chromebook Support Page. You will need to log into your @woosterk12.org account to fill out the Help Desk Ticket.
