Wooster High School was built in 1994 and is located on 100 acre complex that serves the entire community as a center for learning and recreation. The building serves grades 8-12 with 1377 students and 92 faculty. The school has been rated as a Silver Medalist from U.S. News and World Report and as one of the top 2,000 schools in America by Newsweek. Wooster High School offers over 20 Advanced Placement Courses , houses an International Baccalaureate Programme in conjunction with the Tri-County Educational Service Center, over 30 clubs and 24 interscholastic sports teams as well as an award winning Music and Arts program.
