The Generals Pledge

As a Wooster High School athlete I understand I play a huge role in promoting sportsmanship in the school and in the community.

I realize that my behavior at my events and at other athletic events reflects on me, my teammates, my coaches, and my school.

I understand I am a role model for many and as such my actions, both as an athlete and as a spectator, will help determine the sportsmanship shown to opponents, officials, and visiting fans.

I am proud to be a General and to represent Wooster High School and the City of Wooster.

I fully understanding the role I play, I pledge to demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, both as an athlete and as a spectator.
