Pajama Day: We are inviting all students to wear pajamas on Friday, December 20th for our last day of school before winter break!
Winter Break: Friendly reminder: There will be no school from December 23rd to January 5th for Winter Break!
The Giving Tree: We are still collecting new or gently used toys for The Giving Tree until December 20th. Our Giving Tree will be set up in the office. Students will place all unwrapped gifts under the tree. Please consider giving this season. We greatly appreciate your support!
Talent Show:
PTO has extended the deadline to December 20th for student’s to submit their acts or to be an MC. Submit your act or MC video here. We need more submissions to be able to host the talent show. This year's PTO sponsored Kean Talent Show will be on the evening of Friday, January 24th, with a special student show (dress rehearsal) during the school day on Thursday, January 23rd. We also need parent volunteers for the show. Sign up here to help! If you have any additional questions please reach out to woosterkeanpto@gmail.com.
Change in Dismissal Plans: If you ever need to change the dismissal plan for your child, please contact your child's teacher and Mrs. Schmid before 3:00 PM of that day. Any notifications to the school after 3:00 PM are not guaranteed to be reflected in that day's dismissal procedures.
Safety: To ensure the safety of our students and staff, please do not let others into the building after being buzzed in the front door. Do not hold the door for the person behind you to let them enter the building. Each individual visitor must buzz in and be granted entry by our secretary. Thank you for your cooperation.
Free/Reduced Lunch: If you believe your family may qualify for Free/Reduced lunch rates, please visit the website linked below to apply. A new application must be completed each school year, one per family. Filling out an application helps us with funding and future planning. A reduced breakfast is $0.30 and a reduced lunch is $0.40. Apply online or contact Mrs. Montgomery or Mrs. Schmid if you would like to receive a paper application. www.payschoolscentral.com
