(March 20, 2020) – The Wooster City School District will ensure parents, students, staff and residents stay up to date on all of the latest news affecting the district via its website. All new information will be highlighted in the blue bar located on the homepage.
“This is an unprecedented time for all of us, and we understand that communicating everything we know and even what we don’t know is extremely important right now for everyone, especially our students, their families and our staff,” said Dr. Michael Tefs, superintendent of the Wooster City School District. “We promise to provide as much information as possible. We know there are a lot of questions and concerns, and we are trying to ensure all of the information that we have is easily accessible to everyone who needs it. That is why we wanted it front and center on our homepage. Anyone with questions is also encouraged to reach out to us and we will do our best to provide the answers.”
The updates provided by the district include food distribution, classroom virtual learning, technology help and checkout, athletics/OHSAA, school closure information, kindergarten registration and COVID-19 communications. If you have a question that affects the whole community and needs to be addressed, you can submit it by clicking on “School Closure FAQ.”
